WHAT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS?
US residents who have, in the past, availed services of the Trash Hauler simply need to visit the website www.trashbilling.com. You need to use your customer ID, which is a 12-digit number on your Trash Bill.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENTS?
You can pay using your bank accounts, Debit Card, Credit cards, PayPal, or Pioneer.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS?
After you’ve visited the website and landed on Trash Billing’s home page, you will have three sections in front of you. The first one is “Pay your trash bill”, the second and the third are “View your Account”, and “What is the charge on my statement?” respectively.
To pay your bill or view your account, you will be asked to insert your 12-digit customer ID number that you will find on your trash bill. After inserting your customer ID number, press submit. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a notification.
HOW TO LOOK UP THE CHARGE ON MY STATEMENT?
After clicking on the “What is the charge on my statement?” option on the home screen, you will land on a page with the title of the same name. You will have two options; the first is the Credit/Debit card section, and the Electronic section.
Insert details in the Electronic Transfers first. However, if your statement has “Trashbilling.com CC” on it then Credit/ Debit card section first. Both the boxes will ask you to enter the last 4 digits of your Debit/Credit card or Bank Account, the date on which the charge occurred, and the amount of charge. The next step is to click on “Look up charge” and you’ll be able to find your hauler’s name and contact details.
